1997 Dodge B3500 Roadtrek 190 Versatile

Up for sale today is this 1997 Dodge B350 Roadtrek Versatile on the One ton chassis. 94,000 miles, 5.9L 360CI V8, auto overdrive Trans. All of the normal Dodge Options including power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise, tilt, A/C intermittent wipers, Factory AM FM Cassette stereo, cupholders, Bucket seats that swivel, etc. Inside the coach you will find all of the amenities of a big RV in this Cool Small Package. Complete water system with fresh, grey and black water tanks, 12V water pump, 5gal water heater, Toilet with a center aisle shower. There is a fill galley kitchen with 2 burner stove, hood vent with fan and light, sink, microwave, 3 way refrigerator, and lots of cupboards and storage. When plugged into shore power you can run the rear Air Conditioner unit and all of the 110 outlets/appliances. There is a thermostatically controlled propane furnace and roof vent with max air fan that work when not plugged in as well. This unit will sleep 3, and seat 7 for dinner. The rear dinette also is a full size double bed that with storage underneath, and the front seat's make for 1 small bed as well. There are 3 seat belts total. This Versatile also has the factory optional cabinet with shelve, and drawers built in for a ton of additional storage. New coach items include a new Maxair type roof top fan, new stove hood fan, rebuilt holding tank dump tube and new valves, and new coach battery. Outside looks good there is some minor imperfection, and some body work done by the previous owner that looks good from a distance but you can tell it is there. Mostly rust repair but overall it is a very solid van. Mechanically it runs and drives great, Brand new tires, batteries, new exhaust, the overdrive has been rebuilt, fully serviced, and ready to go . There is lots of outside storage, with the electric, water, sewer hookups, outside shower, propane tank, and spare tire as well.
